Key Responsibilities- Investigate and resolve mobile communication device incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process and fulfill service requests for mobile communication devices, ensuring seamless delivery and minimal disruption.
- Liaise with internal IT teams and external stakeholders to resolve telemetry faults and ensure optimal system performance.
- Recommend and implement standard mobile communication devices, aligning with our company's technology strategy.
- Set up and configure mobile communication devices, ensuring they meet our security and compliance standards.
- Maintain and update our CMDB, ensuring accurate asset information and efficient inventory management.
- Collaborate with external suppliers to resolve telemetry line requests and ensure timely delivery.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance mobile communication efficiency and effectiveness.
- Plan and coordinate logistical activities for customer devices, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal disruption.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use your own initiative and work independently.
- Excellent technical skills, particularly in the use of O365, Outlook, and Excel.
- At least three years' experience in an IT Support role or similar, with a strong understanding of IT service management best practices.
- Knowledge of Microsoft InTune, Samsung Knox, and Apple DEP, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Experience with troubleshooting iOS and Android systems, with a strong understanding of CMDB, ticket management, and asset management.
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external contacts, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
