About the Role

The University of Bath is embarking on a digital transformation journey, and we are seeking a skilled Procurement Assistant to support the IT Procurement team. As a key member of the team, you will provide professional, effective, and knowledgeable service for the procurement and supply of IT hardware and software for the University's staff and students.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide accurate, timely, and auditable assistance in the administration of the hardware and software procurement processes, compliant with University Financial Regulations.
- Support the IT Procurement team in the provision of a professional service for the procurement and supply of IT hardware and software.

Requirements

- Proficient in organising tasks effectively and adept in handling numerical data with precision and accuracy, ensuring an inclusive approach and execution.
- Approaches work with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision and thoroughness in all tasks.

About You

- You will be a skilled and experienced procurement professional, with a strong understanding of procurement processes and procedures.
- You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
