Patient Services Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Patient Services Administrator to join our team at Nuffield Health Ipswich Hospital. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our patient services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring accurate and timely communication with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with our radiology team to arrange appointments, distribute reports, and maintain accurate records.
  • Utilize our radiology software systems to ensure high levels of data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining databases.
  • Provide secretarial support, including diary management and correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a healthcare administration role, preferably in a private hospital setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including radiology software and Microsoft Office.
