About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pensions Administration Manager to join our team in the Redhill Office. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality pension administration services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of pension administrators to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service and high-quality pension administration services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to make commercially focused decisions influencing internal and external stakeholders on service delivery, growth, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to change, quality assurance, and operational excellence frameworks to maintain a quality service.
  • Accountable for ensuring team productivity is at its optimum and is measured.
  • Create a collaborative culture where teams work flexibly to support each other.
Requirements
  • Highly experienced in creating and managing high-performing teams.
  • A track record of achieving business objectives and goals in a fast-paced team environment.
  • A strong leader and negotiator with excellent influencing skills.
  • Evidence of developing and implementing staffing and training plans to maximize quality, efficiency, utilization, and productivity.
  • Ability to create a one-team mindset that mentors and develops employees to help create a high-performance organization.
  • Experience in dealing with DB, DC, and hybrid occupational schemes is essential.
  • Experience of working within a client-facing environment.
  • Critical thinking to facilitate more in-depth discussions.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects.
