Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Manager to join our team at Platinum Recruitment Consultancy. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to guest requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and manage a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a guest relations or supervisory role within a 4-star hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience with Opera PMS is highly desirable.
