Meraki Talent Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team on an ongoing project in the Greenock area.
As a key member of the finance function, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update in-house systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Utilize MS Excel to analyze and present data to stakeholders
- Process invoices and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with customers via written communication to provide excellent customer service
- Work with MS Excel to create and manage complex spreadsheets, including pivot tables and data sorting
This is an initial temporary contract, with the possibility of extension. To be successful in this role, you will have previous administration experience and strong MS Excel skills.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with a hybrid approach to work offering additional flexibility.
