Position Summary:
We are in search of a proactive and skilled Internal Sales Leader to oversee our internal sales division. The successful candidate will be tasked with meeting sales objectives, delivering outstanding customer service, and fostering customer loyalty. This position encompasses strategic planning, performance assessment, and refining internal sales methodologies to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage, and inspire a team of 7-10 internal sales professionals to achieve and surpass sales goals.
  • Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives to propel business expansion.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to elevate outcomes.
  • Streamline internal sales procedures and workflows for optimal efficiency.
  • Assess sales metrics and market dynamics to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Generate regular sales reports and communicate findings to senior leadership.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as an Internal Sales Leader or in a comparable position.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficient in data analysis and informed decision-making.
  • Background in enhancing sales processes and team performance.
