We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Team Leader to join our Assembly team at Micronclean. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our production areas on a day-to-day basis, guiding, supporting, and leading the team to deliver high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a small team to achieve production targets and quality standards
  • Work closely with other Team Leaders to ensure efficient operations and effective communication
  • Ensure compliance with company and customer quality requirements, safe working practices, and detailed procedures
  • Monitor and achieve set targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Provide training and support to team members, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a production or supervisory role, with a strong understanding of quality management and safety protocols
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required
  • Good understanding of IT systems and user control interfaces
  • Excellent timekeeping and attendance record
  • UK driving license
