We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Restaurants and Quick Service Restaurant Teams as a Shift Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring daily operational plans are fulfilled by leading and motivating the team to achieve high standards of service and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage products.
- Ensure daily operational plans are fulfilled, including managing staff rotas, inventory, and cash handling.
- Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
About You
We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong background in food and beverage management. You will have a proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve high standards of service and quality. You will be confident in your ability to direct and respond in any situation, while delivering consistent brand standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in leading a team within a food and beverage environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to work a 5-day working week over 7 days.
