As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring daily operational plans are fulfilled by leading and motivating your team to deliver an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional guest service
* Ensure daily operational plans are fulfilled and that the team is in the right place at the right time
* Drive key targets such as add-on sales and promotions
* Support and coach the team to deliver a great experience

Requirements:

* Previous experience in leading a team within a food and beverage environment
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements
* Confident and able to direct and respond in any situation
