About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Skegness Team in various areas, including Bars & Shops, Restaurants & Quick Service Restaurants, Buffets, and Sports & Activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring daily operational plans are fulfilled by leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high operational standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential
  • Driving key targets such as add-on sales and promotions
  • Ensuring the team is in the right place at the right time to manage fluctuating guest demand
  • Supporting and directing the team in a fast-paced environment

This is an operational guest-facing role, and flexibility is essential, as the role covers a 5-day working week over 7 days.

We are looking for a seasoned leader with experience in training and coaching teams in a fun-filled environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering excellent results and inspiring teams to achieve their best.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in leading a team in a food, beverage, retail, or entertainment environment
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements
  • Confidence in inspiring teams to deliver amazing results
