About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Skegness team in various areas, including Bars & Shops, Restaurants & Quick Service Restaurants, Buffets, and Sports & Activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring daily operational plans are executed by guiding the team to achieve relevant tasks and objectives, while maintaining high operational standards and guest experience.

Key responsibilities include supporting and coaching the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, driving key targets such as add-on sales or promotions, and managing fluctuating guest demand.

This is an operational guest-facing role, requiring flexibility and adaptability to manage a 5-day working week over 7 days.

As a leader at Butlin's, you will be expected to think on your feet, take initiative, and prioritize guest experience above all else.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned leader from a food, beverage, retail, or entertainment background with experience in training and coaching teams in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in leading a team and directing staff in various situations is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements.

Strong leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, are crucial in this role.
