About the Role
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Skegness Team in various areas, including Bars & Shops, Restaurants & Quick Service Restaurants, Buffets, and Sports & Activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring daily operational plans are fulfilled by directing the team to complete relevant tasks and objectives, and ensuring they are in the right place at the right time to manage fluctuating guest demand while maintaining operational standards and guest experience.
The ideal candidate will support and coach the team to deliver a great experience and drive key targets such as add-on sales or promotions.
This is an operational guest-facing role, and all non-guest-facing tasks and activities will be allocated within the working week to allow the majority of time to be spent within the venue and with guests.
This role covers a 5-day working week over 7 days, requiring flexibility.
As with all roles at Butlin's, no day will be the same, and the successful candidate will need to enjoy thinking on their feet, getting stuck in, and ensuring the guest experience is always the top priority.
About You
We are looking for an experienced leader from within a food, beverage, retail, or entertainment environment who puts guests first in everything they do.
The ideal candidate will have experience in training and coaching a team in a fun-filled environment to deliver an excellent experience.
They should have previous experience in leading a team and be confident in directing and responding in any situation while delivering consistent brand standards.
The ability to lead, motivate, and engage the team, even at periods of high demand, is essential, as well as being able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
With strong leadership skills, the successful candidate will be confident in inspiring the team to deliver amazing results for our teams and guests every day.
