About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CRM and Loyalty Programme Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute CRM and loyalty programmes to enhance customer experience and retention
  • Analyse customer data to inform marketing decisions and optimise programme performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM and loyalty initiatives into overall business strategy
  • Monitor and report on programme metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives
