About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM and Loyalty Programme Manager to join our team at Inspiring Interns & Graduates. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing loyalty card data, generating actionable insights, and managing campaigns to increase membership, sales, and revenue from members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and analyze large volumes of data across multiple channels (e-commerce, in-store, and mobile) and categories, including product, customer, and transaction data.
  • Run reports and post-campaign analysis for CRM and loyalty campaigns, developing key insights and highlighting opportunities to grow loyalty card membership, increase sales, and enhance customer loyalty and engagement.
  • Utilize customer segmentation techniques to build value segments and generate recommendations for unlocking value.
  • Develop ideas, recommendations, and action plans for marketing campaigns based on actionable data insights.
  • Manage the implementation of campaigns to maximize revenue derived from loyalty card members.
Requirements
  • A minimum of four years' experience working client-side (retail) in a CRM or loyalty analytics role.
  • Experience with Klaviyo.
  • A good working knowledge of marketing/CRM principles and techniques.
  • A passion for data and analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence in deriving and presenting results based on data analysis.
  • Good commercial acumen.
  • A commitment to action.
  • The ability to work independently towards given KPIs and to hit the ground running from day one.
