We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a CRM and Loyalty Programme Manager. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for analyzing loyalty card data, generating actionable insights, and managing campaigns to increase membership, sales, and revenue from members.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and marketing principles, with experience working with Klaviyo. You'll be passionate about data and analytics, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering results.

About the Role

As a CRM and Loyalty Programme Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  1. Managing and analyzing large volumes of data across multiple channels and categories.
  2. Running reports and post-campaign analysis for CRM and loyalty campaigns, developing key insights, and highlighting opportunities to grow loyalty card membership, increase sales, and boost customer loyalty and engagement.
  3. Using customer segmentation techniques to build value segments and generate recommendations for unlocking value.
  4. Generating ideas, recommendations, and action plans for marketing campaigns based on actionable data insights.
  5. Managing the implementation of campaigns to maximize revenue derived from loyalty card members.
