CRM and Loyalty Programme Manager

We are seeking a skilled CRM and Loyalty Programme Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for analysing loyalty card data, generating actionable insights, and managing campaigns to increase membership, sales, and revenue from members.

The JobAs CRM and Loyalty Programme Manager, you will be based at our Head Office in Chessington. Your primary objective will be to analyse large volumes of data across multiple channels and categories, and to develop key insights and recommendations for unlocking value.
Key Activities Will Include:- Managing and analysing data across multiple channels and categories.
- Running reports and post-campaign analysis for CRM and loyalty campaigns.
- Using customer segmentation techniques to build value segments and generate recommendations.
- Generating ideas and recommendations for marketing campaigns based on actionable data insights.
- Managing the implementation of campaigns to maximize revenue derived from loyalty card members.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate knowledge, skills, and experience in the following areas:
- Minimum of four years' experience working client side in a CRM or loyalty analytics role.
- Experience with Klaviyo.
- Good working knowledge of marketing/CRM principles and techniques.
- Passion for data and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills, and confidence in deriving and presenting results based on data analysis.
- Good commercial acumen.
- Commitment to action.
- Ability to work independently towards given KPIs.
