Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our Brand & Digital Teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance across our websites and online marketing campaigns, while improving engagement and loyalty from our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a retention strategy to improve customer engagement and loyalty
  • Work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing and Head of Brand & Content to create lifecycle campaigns across all digital marketing channels
  • Lead the development of our brand new Hoxton referral scheme, MentionMe
  • Provide regular reporting on database growth and campaign performance
  • Drive new customer acquisition across all channels

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
