CRM Data and Loyalty Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our Brand & Digital Teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance across our websites and online marketing campaigns, while improving engagement and loyalty from our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a retention strategy to improve customer engagement and loyalty
- Work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing and Head of Brand & Content to create lifecycle campaigns across all digital marketing channels
- Lead the development of our brand new Hoxton referral scheme, MentionMe
- Provide regular reporting on database growth and campaign performance
- Drive new customer acquisition across all channels
Requirements:
- Passion for delivering business and customer results in a creative and innovative company
- Strong analytical skills and ability to measure campaign success
- Eye for intuitive design and user experience
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
