Loyalty and CRM Marketing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Loyalty and CRM Marketing Executive to join our Sales and Marketing team at Great Western Railway (GWR). As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in executing campaigns that engage customers and boost revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the delivery of impactful Loyalty and CRM marketing campaigns to drive customer retention and engagement.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Loyalty programme to ensure smooth execution and optimal customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to drive successful campaigns and achieve programme objectives.
- Create compelling campaign content and monitor performance metrics to inform future efforts.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to support programme objectives and drive business growth.
- Analyse campaign results and provide actionable insights to optimise future efforts and improve customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance and obtain necessary approvals for all campaign materials to maintain a high level of quality and professionalism.
- Strong marketing background with proven experience in CRM and campaign management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to effectively manage and analyse data.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and a collaborative team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to interpret data and insights to inform campaign strategies and drive business growth.
