We are seeking a Loyalty Programme Manager to join our Digital & Data Department.

The Loyalty Programme Manager is responsible for managing the Membership Loyalty Programme for Virgin Active Europe (UK & Italy). You will be the leading expert on our respective platforms, executing the best-in-class campaigns to drive retention.

The Role

  • Contributing and executing the annual member engagement and offer plan.
  • Liaising with internal designers or agencies to design creative execution of engagement plan across all direct channels (SMS, email, App, personalised web pages, WhatsApp etc.) to support the loyalty strategy.
  • Leading and coordinating the implementation of multiple loyalty campaigns and taking full ownership of the campaigns you create by ensuring that the communication (and execution) meet the standard of the business.
  • Monitoring the campaign performance (incl. deliverability) and proactively suggesting improvements.
  • Managing the loyalty programme rules in line with the loyalty strategy driven and supported by Global Head of Loyalty.
  • Working collaboratively and efficiently within the loyalty & app platform team and the wider business.
  • Working with the CRM team to proactively suggesting and setting up AB tests to constantly improve campaign relevant KPIs.

Experience

  • 3-5+ years' experience as a Loyalty Manager or similar role within a Loyalty team responsible for the execution of campaigns and day-to-day management of the programme.
  • Proven experience in CRM, Loyalty Marketing, Campaign Management and have demonstrated experience with Member Management Systems, CRM tools, and Loyalty Programmes.
  • Experience managing partnerships and other core relationships supporting a programme's value proposition.
