Job SummaryThe ServiceNow Product Owner is responsible for overseeing and managing the ServiceNow product portfolio within a greenfield setup, with a focus on Agile DevSecOps and SRE principles. This role involves defining the product strategy, prioritizing feature development, and driving the roadmap to enhance service management capabilities and meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the ServiceNow product portfolio.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and align with strategic goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prioritize feature development based on business value, customer needs, and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and QA, to deliver high-quality product releases.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product direction, and drive customer-centric enhancements.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product management staff, fostering their professional growth.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate product updates, enhancements, and roadmap.
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on ServiceNow products, within a greenfield setup, preferably in an Agile DevSecOps and SRE environment.
- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and practices.
- In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
