About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Development Product Owner to join our team at Infoplus Technologies UK Limited. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the ServiceNow product portfolio within a greenfield setup, with a focus on Agile DevSecOps and SRE principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the ServiceNow product portfolio, aligning with business objectives and strategic goals.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and ensure alignment with product vision.
  3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities, informing product decisions and enhancements.
  4. Prioritize feature development based on business value, customer needs, and market dynamics, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality releases.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and QA, to deliver high-quality product releases and meet business objectives.
  6. Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility, and working closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences.
  7. Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product direction, and drive customer-centric enhancements, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  8. Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and innovation, informing product decisions and enhancements.
  9. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches, ensuring a strong product-market fit and successful product adoption.
  10. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product management staff, fostering their professional growth and development, and staying up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
  11. Communicate product updates, enhancements, and roadmap to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  2. Extensive experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on ServiceNow products, within a greenfield setup, preferably in an Agile DevSecOps and SRE environment.
  3. Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and practices.
  4. In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
