ServiceNow Product Manager

Axiom Software Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Agile Development Product Owner to oversee and manage the ServiceNow product portfolio within a greenfield setup. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile DevSecOps and SRE principles, as well as experience in defining product strategies and driving product roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the ServiceNow product portfolio.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and align with strategic goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prioritize feature development based on business value, customer needs, and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and QA, to deliver high-quality product releases.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product direction, and drive customer-centric enhancements.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product management staff, fostering their professional growth.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate product updates, enhancements, and roadmap.
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on ServiceNow products, within a greenfield setup, preferably in an Agile DevSecOps and SRE environment.
- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and practices.
- In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
- Proven experience in defining product strategies and driving product roadmaps.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
- Strong market and customer orientation, with a focus on delivering value and meeting customer needs.
- Experience with product management tools and methodologies.
- ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Product Owner (CPO) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), are highly preferred.
