About the Role

Kwalee is seeking a Product Manager to oversee the development and publishing of our casual and hybrid casual games. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining the vision for our games and developing a product roadmap that outlines milestones, features, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor products, and player preferences.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and artists to create an engaging gaming experience that meets player needs and aligns with the product vision.
  • Focus on optimising player experience to enhance engagement, retention, and monetisation by gathering user feedback and data analytics.
  • Develop and implement effective monetisation strategies, continuously monitoring tactics to maximise revenue without compromising user experience.
  • Optimise KPIs through A/B testing, track game performance using various metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
  • At least 4+ years of experience in Product Management within the games industry.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership abilities to guide, motivate and effectively manage high-performing teams.
  • Strong decision making skills, including the ability to make informed and timely decisions.
  • Proficient in commercial skills, including strategic negotiation, market analysis, and the ability to drive revenue growth.
