We are looking for a seasoned Bars Manager to lead the energetic bar operations at a distinguished venue. This position involves overseeing several bars and event spaces, making it perfect for individuals with a robust background in commercial and operational management within the hospitality sector.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Bars Manager, preferably in a large or multi-bar environment
  • Strong skills in operational and commercial management
  • Exceptional team leadership and engagement capabilities
  • Experience in managing events and functions
  • Able to oversee multiple areas concurrently
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Thorough understanding of the local market

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations across multiple bars and event spaces
  • Manage all facets of staff oversight, including recruitment, training, and development
  • Implement robust stock control practices and manage back-office functions
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Analyze performance metrics and make informed decisions to enhance business operations and customer satisfaction
  • Lead by example, stepping in as necessary to ensure service excellence is consistently achieved
