We are looking for a skilled Bars Manager to lead the dynamic bar operations at a well-known establishment. This position involves overseeing various bars and event spaces, making it perfect for individuals with substantial experience in operational and commercial management within the hospitality sector.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Bars Manager, preferably in a large or multi-bar environment
  • Strong operational and commercial management expertise
  • Exceptional leadership and team engagement skills
  • Experience in event and function management
  • Able to manage multiple areas effectively
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities
  • Thorough understanding of the local market dynamics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple bars and event spaces
  • Manage all facets of staff management, including recruitment, training, and development
  • Implement efficient stock control systems and manage back-office functions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance business operations and customer satisfaction
  • Lead by example, stepping in as necessary to uphold service standards
