We are looking for a skilled Bars Manager to lead the dynamic bar operations at a well-known venue. This position involves overseeing several bars and event spaces, making it suitable for individuals with a robust background in commercial and operational management within the hospitality sector.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Bars Manager, preferably in a large or multi-bar environment
  • Strong skills in operational and commercial management
  • Exceptional team leadership and engagement capabilities
  • Experience in event and function management
  • Able to manage multiple areas effectively
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities
  • Thorough understanding of the local market dynamics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of various bars and event spaces
  • Manage all facets of staff management, including recruitment, training, and development
  • Implement robust stock control measures and oversee back-office operations
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Analyze performance metrics and make informed decisions to enhance business performance and customer satisfaction
  • Lead by example, stepping in as necessary to ensure consistent service standards
