Your responsibilities as Bar Manager will include:

  • Overseeing staff schedules
  • Managing workforce levels to align with budgetary constraints
  • Developing and mentoring your team’s skills
  • Acting as the primary contact for any managerial concerns
  • Creating and serving beverages, while also supporting the broader food and beverage team as needed

What qualities are we looking for?

As a Bar Manager, you should be proactive and ensure the seamless operation of daily business activities.

This is a hands-on position, so you must be willing to engage directly with service tasks.

You will excel in this role if you are an outgoing individual with a genuine passion for your craft. It is essential to foster a fun and rewarding atmosphere for your team while leading by example.

We require candidates with prior experience in a high-volume, food-oriented environment, with supervisory or management experience being crucial. Knowledge of wines is a plus, along with a passion for culinary excellence and a sincere commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests.
