Your responsibilities as Bar Manager include:

  • Overseeing staff schedules and rotas
  • Maintaining appropriate staffing levels within budgetary constraints

  • Creating and serving beverages while also collaborating with the broader food and beverage team as needed

What we are looking for:

As a Bar Manager, you should be proactive and ensure the seamless operation of daily activities. This role requires a hands-on approach, so you must be willing to engage directly with service tasks.

Success in this position will come from being an outgoing individual with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry. You will need to foster a lively and rewarding atmosphere for your team while leading by example.

Previous experience in a fast-paced, food-oriented environment is essential, along with exposure to supervisory or management roles. Knowledge of wines is a plus, coupled with a love for culinary experiences and a sincere commitment to providing outstanding service to our guests.
