We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Manager to lead our front of house team at Cottons Hotel & Spa. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent service to our guests, managing staff levels, and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the skills of your team
  • Take control of rotas and manage staff levels to meet payroll budgets
  • Be the point of call for any management issues
  • Create and serve drinks, supporting the wider food and drink team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a busy, food-led operation
  • Supervisory or management experience
  • Wine knowledge and passion for food
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
