Bar Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at Cottons Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Lead and motivate your team to provide outstanding service, ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
- Rota Management: Effectively manage rotas to meet payroll budgets and ensure that the bar is adequately staffed at all times.
- Staff Development: Identify and develop the skills of your team members, providing training and support to help them grow and succeed.
- Service Delivery: Ensure that all aspects of service are delivered to the highest standard, including the creation and serving of drinks.
- Problem-Solving: Be the point of call for any management issues that arise, providing solutions and support to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a proactive and hands-on individual with a real passion for delivering exceptional service. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with rolling up your sleeves to get the job done.
We are looking for someone with previous experience of working in a busy, food-led operation, with exposure to supervisory or management duties. Wine knowledge is advantageous, but not essential. What is essential is a genuine desire to provide excellent service to our guests and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
