Bar Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at Cottons Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Lead and motivate your team to provide outstanding service, ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
- Rota Management: Effectively manage rotas to meet payroll budgets and ensure that the bar is adequately staffed at all times.
- Staff Development: Identify and develop the skills of your team members, providing training and support to help them grow and succeed.
- Service Delivery: Ensure that all aspects of service are delivered to the highest standard, including the creation and serving of drinks.
- Problem-Solving: Be the point of call for any management issues that arise, providing solutions and support to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Bar Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and driving revenue growth. You will need to be comfortable with rolling up your sleeves and getting involved with service, and have a genuine desire to create a fun and rewarding environment for your team.
Previous experience of working within a busy, food-led operation is essential, with exposure to supervisory or management duties. Wine knowledge is advantageous, and you will need to be flexible with the times you can work.
