Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant bar and function rooms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple bars, staff, and suppliers to ensure exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple bars and function rooms, ensuring seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage all aspects of staff management, including hiring, training, and development to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Implement effective stock control measures and manage back-office operations to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and drive business growth.
  • Analyze performance data to inform business decisions and drive improvement in customer satisfaction and business performance.
  • Lead by example, stepping in as needed to ensure service standards are consistently met and customer expectations are exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager in a large or multi-bar setting, with a strong background in commercial and operational management.
  • Strong operational and commercial management skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent team leadership and engagement abilities, with a proven track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Experience in managing functions and events, with a strong understanding of the local market and customer preferences.
  • Capability to oversee multiple areas simultaneously, with effective problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of the hospitality industry.
