Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate our front of house team to deliver excellent service and achieve sales targets.
  • Rota Management: Create and manage rotas to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet payroll budgets.
  • Staff Development: Identify and develop the skills of your team members to improve their performance and career prospects.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience, and that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and control inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to increase revenue and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience of working in a busy, food-led operation, with exposure to supervisory or management duties.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of wine and spirits, with a passion for food and a genuine desire to provide excellent service to our guests.
