Care Coordinator

A dynamic and rewarding role has become available for a skilled Care Co-ordinator to join our team at a leading residential care home in the Woodbridge, Suffolk area. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:- Work collaboratively with the care team to maintain the personal care of residents, ensuring their needs are met and their dignity is respected.
- Ensure that care services are consistently provided to a high standard, adhering to our organization's values and policies.
- Assist in the care of the resident's physical environment and participate in general day-to-day activities of the home.
- In the absence of the home manager, assume responsibility for the running of the home and the wellbeing of staff and residents.
- Organize your shifts, administer and record medication, liaise with health professionals, and update resident care plans.
- Support the induction, training, and supervision of support staff.
- Assist residents with limited mobility or physical/learning difficulties, utilizing mobility aids and personal equipment provided.
- Experience of supervising a care team and demonstrating leadership skills.
- Ability to show empathy and understanding of the needs of our residents.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues.
- Able to demonstrate a can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- An excellent salary of £15.00 per hour and an annual salary of £28,080.
