Job Opportunity for a Dedicated Registered Nurse

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a dynamic care setting. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and Prioritize Resident Needs: Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care, ensuring that each individual receives personalized attention and support.
  • Medication Administration: Administer all medication and treatments within the National Health Service (NHS) guidelines and company medication policy, maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and well-being.
  • Care Planning and Coordination: Ensure that residents' care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals, promoting seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Reporting and Referral: Report any ill-health amongst residents and make requests for GP/professional visits where necessary, ensuring that residents receive timely and appropriate medical attention.

  • Proven Experience in Care Settings: Proven experience of working in a care setting, with a strong understanding of the complexities and challenges associated with delivering high-quality patient care.
