Key Responsibilities- Assess and triage patients, providing definitive treatment or referrals as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, ensuring seamless care coordination.
- Participate in reflective practice and clinical supervision activities to maintain professional development.
- Contribute to the development of anticipatory care plans and lead certain services as required.
- Registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council as a Paramedic.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Minor Injury/Illness and Prescribing (V300).
- 5 years of post-Paramedicine Degree experience, including experience in Triage and dealing with a range of clinical conditions.
