Care Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Coordinator to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents in a residential care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with our care team to maintain the highest standards of care and support for our residents.
- Ensure that care services are consistently provided to a high quality standard, promoting independence and dignity for all residents.
- Assist in the care of the resident's physical environment and participate in general day-to-day activities of the home.
- Take on responsibility for the running of the home and the wellbeing of staff and residents in the absence of the home's Manager.
- Organize shifts, administer and record medication, liaise with health professionals, and record resident care plans.
- Assist with the induction, training, and supervision of support staff.
- Support residents with limited mobility or physical/learning difficulties, utilizing mobility aids and personal equipment provided.
Requirements:
- Experience of supervising a care team.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding of the needs of our residents.
- Strong leadership skills with effective communication abilities.
- Able to demonstrate a can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
What We Offer:
