Job Opportunity for a Dedicated Registered Nurse
Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a dynamic care setting. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and Prioritize Resident Needs: Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care, ensuring that each individual receives the highest level of care and attention.
- Medication Administration: Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy, maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and well-being.
- Care Planning and Coordination: Ensure that residents' care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals, promoting a collaborative approach to care.
- Reporting and Communication: Report any ill-health amongst residents and make requests for GP/professional visits where necessary, maintaining open and effective communication with all stakeholders.

- Proven Experience in Care Settings: Proven experience of working in a care setting, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities that arise in this environment.
- Teamwork and Leadership: A good team player with well-developed time management and leadership skills, able to motivate and support colleagues in achieving shared goals.
- Can-Do Attitude: Able to show a can-do attitude always, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
