About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Clinical Lead to join our Perinatal Service Line team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of perinatal mental health services in the South West.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of innovative clinical models and pathways to address the unique needs of perinatal patients.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Perinatal Service Line, ensuring alignment with national and regional best practices.
  • Develop and oversee quality governance and assurance frameworks to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality care.
  • Represent the South West Provider Collaborative in various contexts, including public forums and partnership meetings.

Person Specification

We are looking for an individual with:

Excellent organisational and planning skills.Substantial senior clinical leadership experience in the development of transformative clinical redesign and pathway development.Good working knowledge of other healthcare and public service sectors, especially those relating to perinatal mental health.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels and with partner organisations.
