Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of innovative clinical models and pathways tailored to the unique needs of perinatal patients.
- Provide high-level clinical leadership and strategic direction for the Perinatal Service Line.
- Develop and oversee quality governance frameworks to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality care.
- Represent the South West Provider Collaborative in various contexts, including public forums and partnership meetings.
- Substantial senior clinical leadership experience in the development of transformative clinical redesign and pathway development.
- Substantial senior clinical leadership experience in the development of quality governance and assurance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to form positive relationships with staff at all levels and with partner organisations.
- Ability to understand and evaluate complex problems quickly and in consultation with others.
