About the Role
The Clinical Lead for Perinatal Service Line will be responsible for leading the development of a transformational clinical model to address the assessed needs for the population of the South West. This involves designing and refining clinical pathways and ensuring our providers are supported to integrate identified best practices in service delivery.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a transformational clinical model to address the assessed needs for the population of the South West.
- Design and refine clinical pathways to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care.
- Develop and oversee quality governance frameworks to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care.
- Represent the South West Provider Collaborative in a variety of contexts internally and externally, including public forums and partnership meetings.
