We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Lead to join our team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust. As a Clinical Lead for the Perinatal Service Line, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of perinatal mental health services in the South West.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of a transformational clinical model to address the assessed needs of the perinatal population in the South West.
- Design and develop clinical pathways that are tailored to the unique needs of perinatal patients.
- Develop and oversee quality governance and assurance frameworks to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care.
- Provide high-level clinical leadership and strategic direction to the Perinatal Service Line, translating the overarching goals of the South West Provider Collaborative into actionable plans.
- Represent the South West Provider Collaborative in various contexts, including public forums and partnership meetings.
- Substantial senior clinical leadership experience in the development of transformative clinical redesign and pathway development.
- Substantial senior clinical leadership experience in the development of quality governance and assurance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to form positive relationships with staff at all levels and with partner organizations.
- Ability to lead teams and projects, as well as work as part of a team.
- Good working knowledge of the NHS and Local Government policies relating to Mental Health, including Provider collaboratives and the NHS Long Term Plan.
