Job Summary

The Ivy Collection is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Goods Receiver to oversee the receipt and processing of deliveries in our restaurants. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and supplies, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the receipt and processing of deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate handling of goods and supplies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to deliveries.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste in the receipt and processing of deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless delivery of goods and supplies, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of professional kitchen health and safety regulations.
