The Ivy Collection is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Goods Receiver to oversee the back-of-house deliveries in our restaurants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all deliveries are received, checked, and processed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage kitchen delivery HACCP and reporting of shorted items
- Have a thorough understanding of professional kitchen health and safety regulations
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Area Chefs to ensure seamless delivery and inventory management
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery schedules and reduce waste
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and deliveries
