The Costume Rental Coordinator will deliver exceptional service to both internal and external clients, adhering to established protocols for costume bookings, generating quotes, issuing invoices, and managing payment processes. This position demands the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and possessing extensive knowledge of costumes. The individual will also contribute significantly to the preparations for the departmental transition.
