About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Secretary to join our team at NHS Lanarkshire, based in Rutherglen Primary Care Centre. As a key member of our administration department, you will provide a comprehensive and efficient service to our Senior Manager, incorporating a range of secretarial and administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Manager, including preparing documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff at all levels, ensuring excellent communication and liaison skills.
  • Manage and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring seamless organization and execution.
  • Utilize Microsoft packages and accurate keyboard skills to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
