Position Summary

In the role of an Administrator, you will play a crucial part in providing essential administrative support to facilitate the seamless operation of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries from engineers and clients via phone
  • Source and procure necessary components for engineering teams
  • Arrange engineer appointments by liaising with customers
  • Maintain and update the JD Edwards system as required
  • Assist the Operations Manager with various administrative duties, including ordering services from subcontractors
  • Oversee maintenance agreements, ensuring timely processing for invoicing and scheduling of maintenance personnel
  • Address customer complaints and manage the termination of contracts

Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 9 AM to 5 PM | Onsite role

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administrative or customer service positions, ideally within a service or engineering sector
  • Experience in managing customer complaints is advantageous
  • Strong IT skills, with knowledge of various systems including proprietary platforms and Microsoft applications
  • Exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to foster positive relationships with team members
  • Proactive mindset with excellent prioritization and multitasking skills
  • Highly organized and adept at meeting deadlines
