Project Administrator Trainee - Corporate Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Project Administrator Trainee. As a Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the project team by providing administrative assistance, data management, and other tasks as required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including data entry, document management, and other tasks.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with project team members to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Contribute to the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, presentations, and other materials.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project team members and stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies, including PRINCE2 and AgilePM.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
