Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and a keen eye for detail.

**Duties**:

- Coordinate project activities and ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Assist in the development of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Collaborate with team members to identify project requirements and gather necessary information
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Track project milestones and deliverables using project management tools
- Assist in the identification and resolution of project issues and risks
- Support the project manager in managing project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and status reports
- Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders
- Assist in the preparation of project presentations and reports

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile)
- Experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Proficient in using project management tools such as SharePoint or Basecamp
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
